We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at Red Rose. Neelam was wonderful and helped us coordinate our event and was on hand to ensure the evening ran smoothly. The food was great and we were very happy we chose Red Rose. Looking forward to future events and again a big thank you to Neelam and her team!

Iam writing to express my gratitude to Neelam for the service I was offered on 8th July 2018 on my daughters wedding Reception. All my friends remarked afterwards on the standard of the food and service that we received. All the food was very tasty and well presented. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone with a special occasion. I also would like to take a moment to thank Neelam and I appreciate her for the great service by her employees. Although it was crowded, they were always available, smiling and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Neelamji thank you for making my daughter Lawanya and my son in law venkats day so special.

I had my daughters sweet 16 at Red Rose Convention Centre, what a wonderful experience, I dealt with Neelam and couldn't have asked for anything more. This is a great choice of a venue. The service was excellent and everything was a wow factor. They totally understand the needs of a customer. I highly recommend this Convention centre for any event that you have.

We seriously cannot say enough to explain how absolutely delighted we are with the Red Rose Convention Centre. The venue, the staff, the food, the ambience, the service... it would take a few pages! Right from the moment we walked in (nervous parents - planning our only son's wedding - 340 people -limited budget) and met with Narinder Dulai first and then Neelam Sethi we knew we were in good hands! Narinder has this calm comforting manner that put us right at ease as he walked us through the various options and pricing, making accommodations to fit our requirements and our budget, providing excellent advise and even connections to our decorators Diamond Decor etc. Then came Neelam! How do we express our admiration and gratitude to this amazing lady? From day one it was like dealing with a member of our own family! Through all the logistics of the arrangements, the complexities of our table seating, special arrangements for our son's band, the food tasting, the planning, and the execution of the event she was there at every step. Even on the day of the event, though having injured her back in a fall the previous day, she was there to make sure that everything went perfectly! Our event went off amazingly! Everything was perfect, but it is the FOOD that stole the day! We had such a variety of pallets to contend with - different ethnicities and cultures - and yet every single guest that we have spoken to post event, has first and foremost commented on just how amazing the food was! Having worked in the food industry in India (albeit a long time ago) I have become fairly bored with the usual banquet hall catering here in the GTA so went in with the expectation that it would be the "usual" stuff. Well let me tell you! Right from the appetizers through the many courses it was the BEST Indian cuisine I have had at a wedding in Canada. Our Indian guests were delighted but so were our Canadian and American guests. Just perfect and hats off to the Red Rose chefs and catering department. So, Neelam and Narinder, we thank you sincerely for everything you and your staff did to make this an incredibly memorable event for our family! I had my wedding at red rose and the service was absolutely amazing, I had other events at other venues as well but none could compete with the service at Red rose. Neelum is an absolutely amazing Co ordinator and she makes sure everything is perfect before and the day of, unlike some of the other venues where there was no one the day of and when things went wrong no one could fix it. And please get the sweet table it was absolutely amazing! Staff, food, venue everything is perfect

We chose Red Rose Convention Centre for our wedding reception because my brother had his reception here 6 years ago and we had an amazing time. Although there have been some staff changes since then, Red Rose is still one of the best venues in Mississauga! From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, Neelam was a gem. She helped us every step of the way. We did most of our planning long distance and Neelam was great about communicating over text/phone. She promptly responded to all of our inquires and always went above and beyond for all of our requests. I highly recommend Red Rose for your wedding or next big event. You will not be disappointed!!! This shout out is for Neelam at Red Rose! I was so impressed with her the moment we walked in Red Rose. Neelam is very responsive, she picked up every call of mine, replies back to any message right away and she accommodated every want of mine. That's what I call amazing customer service. During our wedding reception we did not have a single issue. The staff were great, hall looked amazing, food was delicious and Neelam was there until the end to make sure everything went smoothly. We had our reception held at Red Rose on June 25th. We worked very closely with Neelam to plan out all the details for our reception including DJ, Photographer, Decoration and food. She is an amazing person. Despite the fact that we were a demanding couple when it came to the details :-), she ensured our requirements were met to our full 100% satisifaction, be it the decoration or the food or the photography. Even though the decoration was performed by a third party company, Neelam ensured that it was a classy and went with our theme. As for the food, it was delicious and extremely tasty. Being a very fussy eater and critic for Indian food, it was just the perfect Indian food that we had desired for our reception. All in all, everyone (I really mean everyone) enjoyed the party. Really lucky to have had this function at Red Rose as we were looking at a few other places during our planning phase; and really I can't thank Neelam enough to have made this occasion very special for us. Really thank you from our hearts Neelam.

My husband just celebrated his 50th Birthday Party at this amazing venue. Neelam is exceptional and her attention to detail is impeccable. She accommodated every request we had and with a big smile. From the smallest of detail to the biggest everything was taken care of in a very professional manner. All of our guests raved about how great the food was and the big portions. The staff was always there and everything was done in a very timely manner. I could not ask for a better experience. Neelam I thank you so very much for helping us create the best 50th birthday party ever - it was beyond our expectations. We will remember this party for many years to come. My next event will definitely be held at Red Rose again, as I don't believe anywhere else can compare. Thanks again Neelam for everything.

My husband and I hosted our Silver Wedding Anniversary party at the Red Rose Convention Centre on May 17th 2016. This note is to convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to Neelam Sethi and her team. From the very beginning, Neelam dealt with us like family – she promised that she would do everything she could, to ensure that our occasion was a success – and she stood by her promise – She was accommodating with some of our requests, helped us plan our menu, our décor and most importantly, was present at our function, to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Our guests were raving about the food, which was excellent – Compliments to the Cooks. The ambience, the housekeeping, the décor, the appetizers personally served by the staff in foyer, to welcome guests, added a nice touch to the function. Everything at the Red Rose Convention Centre is impeccable and classy. Neelam, you and your team gave us your very best – we could see that in everything that was done – Our daughters and we, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS.

I celebrated my 50th birthday party last week at Red Rose Convention Centre. The service was superb.The staff were very courteous and attended to my needs and the food was to die for. Neelam was exceptional from day one right on to the day of the party. She stayed late to make sure everything was done to the T before she retired for the night. I recently had my husband 50th birthday party at this hall, & it was everything I was expecting and beyond. This hall is beautiful, Neelam was amazing she made the entire planning so much easier for me. The service is amazing... Food is delicious. Can't wait to have more parties there. I celebrated my 65th birthday on December 12, 2015 and held my party at the Red Rose Convention Centre. I first met with Ms. Neelam Sethi, Sales/Marketing Manager on June 4, 2015 and from that moment on, she treated me like family. Neelam is an amazing event co-ordinator - she is very meticulous, professional and creative. She worked closely with me and family members who were helping with planning the party and accommodated any reasonable special requests we had. My party room was simply beautiful and besides my birthday banner and balloons, did not require any additional decorations. The passed around hors d'oeuvres were tasty and served by courteous and caring staff. My selected menu met all my expectations and the buffet was well presented - all my guests enjoyed their meal, including the three vegetarians, as Neelam made sure they were personally served. The bartender was calm and pleasant - he even took the time to take a picture at the Moving Pixel photo booth and extended best wishes to me (his picture is included in my photo album). Neelam was responsible for two other parties that night, but checked in with me frequently to ensure everything was going well and any minor issues addressed immediately. My helpers and I have affectionately named her "Queen" of Red Rose Convention Centre and thank her sincerely for her attention to detail and practical but creative ideas which all contributed to a successful and memorable 65th birthday celebration. I highly recommend the Red Rose Convention Centre as an elegant venue for any event and more specifically, Neelam Sethi as your co-ordinator .

Great services I received from Red Rose Convention Centre. When I first made contact to have my 50th Birthday party be held at their hall, the coordinator Neelam was very friendly and helpful in preparing and organizing my event. She has given me great suggestions and was even present on the day of my party. I received great, exceptional services from the other staff members such as the bartender, wait staff and even from Neelam. Neelam is a great coordinator that I would definitely recommend her and Red Rose Convention Centre when someone is looking to plan an event. The hall was decorated and I did not need to do a lot in getting it ready. Tables was set and even the runner that I had provided was also setup for me. Red Rose is an elegant place to keep any function and I guarantee Red Rose staff will have everything set up to your liking. Thank you Neelam for working with me and alleviating the stress of me having to do a lot of the work.

Hi All, Getting married can be stressful up to the day. You want everything to go perfectly. We know, we did it on October 24 2015. My husband and I choose The Red Rose Convention Centre for there great service from the time we booked to our day. The staff treated us like family. The day went smoothly and if there was any hick ups we did not see or hear anything. The food is Amazing everyone enjoyed it. I recommend that you check them out and meet with them. I guarantee satisfaction!

We held a wedding event at Red Rose and in all the events held Red Rose set the standard extremely high in every aspect. Food is one of the key aspects of any event and the food variety from appetizers to desserts was exuberant and tasted well. Hall service was great, serving was on point and did not need any reminders on when to start appetizers or dinner, with everything going just as per the plan. The hands off aspect was very very beneficial as it allows the host to take care of other aspects of the event. Overall, highly recommended for your event!

I was the wedding planner for a couple who had their wedding reception at Red Rose Convention Centre on July 18, 2015, and I would like to express my gratitude to Neelam for all her help. As my bride and groom planned their big day, they became increasingly disappointed and frustrated with the consultant who was suppose to look after them. The day I went with them for another appointment, this consultant was a "no show" for the second time. As we wandered around looking for her, Neelam came and greeted us. My bride told her what had happened and that she didn't want to deal with the other consultant anymore. Neelam was so friendly and kind towards us that my bride immediately asked her to be the coordinator for their reception. Neelam took us to her office and went over everything with us. She assured my bride and groom that she would do everything she could to make their day perfect. She did not disappoint. The day of the wedding, Neelam was there for us from the beginning to the end, ready to cater to our every need. She was attentive, enthusiastic, and organized. Neelam, it was a pleasure working with you to make their day happy and memorable. Thank you for everything. You are a very special person.

I had my sister Sarah"s wedding at Red Rose on august 7th, what a pleasant experience ! The hall is gorgeous looking, the food was Amazing and the service was superb ! Honestly I thought of writing this because I went to Apollo convention for another wedding over the weekend and what a chaos :) Servers are busy talking in groups, food is not refilled people lined up and no management present. Thats when I made it a point to write and appreciate what Red Rose had done for my sister's wedding. The service at Red Rose is just superb ! On top of it the manager Nelam was present throughout the event and made sure everything was going smooth by asking my mom every now and then. Like I said the food was just amazing and the whole experience was amazing ! I recommend Red Rose Convention to everyone !!! Gina

The hall is amazing, huge high ceiling, the stairs by the lobby beautiful! And most of all, Rossetta has been very accommodating from the very start, we booked the hall she was very helpful. All my sister's wishes for her wedding, Rossetta made them possible. The service was excellent, the servers were very accomodating on any requests, the food was great! It was a perfect reception, my sister was very happy. Thank you Rossetta, you have made my sister Lynn very happy. She continues to fight for her battle.. But the dream reception for her wedding was gift from you. Thank you

We knew Red Rose was the right choice as soon as we met Rosetta, she immediately put us at ease and put in a lot of effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted Can't wait to have our event here!

We wanted to take some time to thank Rosetta and the staff at Red Rose Convention Centre, as they all did an amazing job on our big day. We got married on September 12th, 2014, and did our reception at Red Rose. We looked at a few facilities, and this was the best one with great service, decent pricing (some other halls that were much smaller and older were charging more than here), and a wonderful experience in dealing with Rosetta. We want to put out a personal thanks to Rosetta. She is amazing, with her years of experience she was able to comfort us in making sure our day was going to be just as we had planned. I remember the last day I went to give her my final payment, she actually got emotional at the fact that we wouldn't be seeing each other as much anymore. She truly cares for her clients, and we felt she did everything she could to ensure the day went smoothly (she even stayed until we arrived at the hall later in the evening just to greet us and make sure everything was going well). Percy & Shirley ‘s 50 th Golden Anniversary on Aug 9, 2014 When Percy and I met Rosetta Conte in March 2013 at Red Rose Convention Centre in Mississauga to discuss plans for our Golden Anniversary Aug 9, 2014 we were both touched at the personal interest she took with us from the start. We felt we had known her all our lives and were very relaxed discussing our plans. I just thought I would take a chance in asking her for a combination of Indian and Italian foods and she put us at ease and granted our request. Meeting her a year later, to finalize our plans, our daughter Vanessa who came with us this time around, couldn’t believe she remembered us so well a whole year later. I admire her patience at going through everything with us, and making changes where necessary. The day of the event – wow. What a beautiful event it turned out to be all thanks to Rosetta. The hall was beautifully decorated, the stage set the note for the occasion, we never lacked for anything. Everything went according to schedule, and the comments the following days from the attendees, were ‘what a beautiful spread of food’. Thanks to Rosetta, who went all out to give us such a variety of Indian and Italian cuisine that we cannot stop thanking her for all that she did for us. As for the dessert table, people loved the variety. Rosetta we both want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our golden anniversary such a successful and memorable one. We highly recommend her and the Red Rose Convention Centre to anyone looking for a place to celebrate an occasion.
